Update 12/2018 Although I left feedback immediately, I was not contacted until 11/29. I was told the person who cut my son's hair was no longer employed at the location and was offered a makeup visit. I did take him back. Amanda cut his hair and did a great job. She was very gentle and courteous. Original 07/2018 This was the first time I've ever gone to a Sports Clips. I brought my son who is 3.5 years old. He is very good when getting haircuts. He may move his head at times, but he's never upset. The stylist was rough with him and ended up nipping his ear twice. I didn't see the first time, but he was definitely not moving the second time. I was watching. Although she seemed pleasant, I don't think she worked appropriately with my young son. I've been to different places to get his haircut. This was the worst experience I've had. I definitely did not want to leave a tip, but their system didn't give me that option. I find that generally inappropriate. I left feedback through the website twice, but no one has responded.
